His duty serving his country didn’t end with his military career. This tough-as-nails guy says that he finds true happiness when continuing to serve his community!

A Tough-As-Nails Marine’s Mission To Give Hope To College Students

Kevin is an ordained minister and graduate of Baptist College of Florida. He currently serves as the Campus Director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at the University of Georgia, where coaches and players affectionately call him “Chappy.” He is happily married to his wife, Mikki, and they have a son, Elijah, and a daughter, Noelle.

Kevin served in the United States Marine Corps from 1983 – 1987. He then served his community in Florida as a Deputy Sheriff and Police Officer before finally achieving his highest honor serving Christ as Chaplain to the University of Georgia Bulldogs Football Team.

With Chappy around there is never a dull moment! He is a true modern day super-hero — passionate, caring, nurturing and inspiring all in the same second. He truly brings the best out of everyone around him. If you are ever blessed with the opportunity to meet Chappy, be prepared to hang on for an exciting ride, because this man rarely stops!
